Block the apps you keep opening.
All of it is free.
Vallumn blocks distracting apps on a schedule, on a daily limit, or right now — and lets you pick how hard it is to talk yourself out of. No subscription, no trial, no paid tier holding the useful features.
It is built directly on Apple’s own Screen Time controls, so the blocking is the same mechanism iOS uses on itself.
Rules
Name a set of apps once — “Work”, “Evening” — and reuse it everywhere. A block list blocks the apps you pick; Allow Only blocks everything except them.
Schedules
Block a rule during set hours on the days you choose. Weekday mornings, every evening, all weekend.
Daily limits
Block an app once you have used it for so long in a day. The count resets at an hour you pick, not at whatever midnight means to you.
Sessions
Block right now, for a set length or until you end it yourself.
One setting, applied to every block you have set up.
Normal
Stop anytime, after a short fixed wait you set yourself.
Timeout
Breaks are granted after a delay that grows each time you take one — ten seconds, then thirty, then two minutes, then five.
Deep Focus
Cannot be ended early. An Emergency Pass is the only way out, and you get one to three of them per rolling week.
For when the problem is not the blocking. It is you turning it off.
While Extreme mode is on, your blocks are one-way: you can add apps, add rules and tighten anything you like, but nothing can be deleted, disabled or loosened. Switching it off is a request that takes 24 hours to land, and you can cancel it during that time.
It is friction, not a lock on your phone. Deleting Vallumn removes every block it was holding.
No account, no server, no analytics.
Vallumn never sends anything anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to send anything to. Everything it knows stays on your iPhone.
Apple’s app picker keeps your selections private even from Vallumn — it cannot see which apps you chose. The usage figures on the Stats tab are drawn by Apple’s own report inside a sandbox Vallumn is not allowed to read from.
READ THE PRIVACY POLICY →There is no score to raise and no streak to protect.
Vallumn does not need your attention to do its job. You set it up, and it blocks. That is the whole product, and none of it is behind a paywall.
